We aim to get orders placed before midday (Monday to Friday), dispatched on the same working day, however this is subject to change. All orders should reach you with 24 hours of being dispatched from our warehouse by one of our nominated carriers.

If you are not a trade customer and would like to place an order as a guest, please click here. You will then be able to place an order straight away. Please note minimum order value for guest accounts is £50.

Yes, you can. Once you are logged in to your Trade account, go to the "My Account" section (in the top right hand corner of your screen) and click "Account Payment". This will show your current account balance. You can then enter the amount your would like to pay in the designated box. Clicking "Pay by Credit Card" takes you to our secure payment provider SagePay, where you will be instructed to enter your account information.

Please note that your account balance online will not be updated as soon as you make a payment.

Yes, there is. If you go to ‘My Account’ in the top right-hand corner of the screen and then ‘Your Account’. Select ‘Order History’, there you can choose if you would like to view the details of that order or see the invoice.

Please note if your order has more than one invoice (this could be due to a part back-order), then the invoice will not display.

Yes, there is. If you go to ‘My Account’ and select ‘Quick Order’, it will bring up two options. You can either use the ‘Quick Order’ option, where you can type the product codes individually in the search box and then enter the quantities and click ‘Submit’.

Or you can use the ‘CSV Order Upload’ option, where you can upload a CSV file containing a list of the product codes and quantities. To do this click ‘Browse’ under ‘CSV Order Upload’ and choose the CSV file that contains your order. Select ‘Open’ and then once the file has been uploaded click submit. Please note if your CSV file has any headers, please tick the box that says ‘Tick if contains a header row’.
